Production and Quality

Our Company is recognized by the European Union and our production line is conformed to major standards of ensuring product quality and the cold chain. 

All our products have a maturity of 18 months from the date of manufacture with proper storage conditions at a temperature of -23 ° C.

All our products have no GMO, as regulation EEC 1829/2003 and EC 1830/2003.

We maintain a very specific plan of self-control, respecting European directives Regulation 852/2004 853/2004. Our Prime materials entering the sphere of production of the products are manufactured by companies that, in turn, respect the self-control plan.

This company has started the procedures for the certification ISO 22000, BRC and IFS.

Our Gelato has no air added whatsoever beyond the minimal amount that’s incorporated naturally due to the churning process. Additionally, Gelato recipes include more egg yolks, more milk, and less cream than ice cream recipes. Thus, Gelato has less fat than ice cream, yet its low overrun makes it much denser, richer, and creamier.
In short, Gelato is produced using better recipes, better ingredients, and a better process than ice cream.
